On-time delivery is so important to you that we have made every department in our company accountable to our goal of 95% on time delivery or better. Even during the pandemic of 2020, we still met and exceeded this goal, having an annual on-time delivery rate average of 97.81%.

For a long time, we were consistent with industry averages for on-time delivery at around 80 percent. A few years ago, our leadership  decided that this industry average simply wasn’t good enough. We decided to raise the bar, and with determined internal champions and the innovative spirit of our employee-owners, we re-engineered our metrics and our process to be as close to perfect as humanly possible.

As it stands today, we are both serious about this commitment and proud of our track record of success in meeting and exceeding our goals. On-time really does mean on-time, as it doesn’t matter HOW late a delivery is or whether or not we know in advance we’re going to miss the target. We don’t revise the internal due date when we see a miss coming. If we miss our original date, it’s late. Period. There is no blame game here – we own our mistakes.

Communication with our customers is an essential part of the transparency and accuracy we insist on delivering. That’s true for all the times we’re on time, when we’re early, and if we’re going to be late.
