High-Temperature & High Pressure Fan

We delivered a custom high-temperature, high-pressure fan for a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) application. Designed for temperatures as high as 840°F, the fan has a carbon ring shaft seal, a monobloc fan bearing assembly with oil lubrication, exterior fan insulation, and a raised access door with a flush interior design for the exterior insulation.

The fan on the heat recovery steam generator channels heat from the combustion process back into the system in the form of steam to generate power. It can handle high-pressure vapor at peak performance, and our high-quality construction and quality control measures ensure leak-tight operations with bearing protection for longer fan life.
