Story: September’s story involves the Cheese & Whey industry. AirPro built four fans for a northeastern dairy processing facility. All fans, installed on a whey production system, were required to pass USDA food-safety inspection. The pictured fan, processing the hot air at the outlet of the dryer, included 304 Stainless Steel airstream parts (APIC).
