We provided a set of three fans for this thermal oxidizer application designed for pollution control at a copper purification, treatment, and manufacturing plant.

The combustion fan includes a butterfly inlet damper with manual quadrant control, as well as an inlet silencer and filter combination. It has an industrial epoxy coating for chemical resistance and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Class 150 flanges to align with the application pipe size.

This custom high-pressure shrouded radial combustion fan supplies the afterburner to complete the clean-up of the gas stream before it leaves the facility into the environment. The other two fans in the set of three provide the main process air and the excess air for the oxidizer. Watch for additional information on these in future installation case studies.
