Stringent Quality Control Procedures have been designed and implemented to insure that you receive a product manufactured to the highest quality standards.
Engineering:
- Products designed by engineering staff with several decades of fan & blower engineering experience
- Finite Element Analysis utilized for evaluating and defining new and custom designs
- 2D CAD full scale drawings for every order; 3D models are available.
- 3D modeling utilized for evaluating existing designs and creating new
- Products are performance tested and rated according to AMCA standards
Materials & Manufacturing:
- Materials identified and tracked throughout manufacturing process to insure material properties are consistent with order requirements
- Mill cert test reports maintained for grades above A36
- Tools and equipment calibrated and maintained according to schedule for precision and accuracy
- AWS certified fabricators
Fan Balance & Testing:
- Balanced to ISO G6.3 minimum
- Mechanical run test for all assemblies
- Vibration Analysis
- Bearing Analysis
Quality Control Inspection:
- Inspections conducted throughout manufacturing process
- Welding
- Paint / Coating
- Assembly

- Final Inspection before shipping
- QC Documentation provided with fan at time of shipment
